After years of hiring, coaching, and watching talented young people get passed over — not because they lacked skills, but because they couldn't communicate them — I built The Human Advantage.
I've spent nearly two decades in Executive Leadership and C suite roles working with everyone from Fortune 500 hiring managers to first-time job seekers. What I kept seeing was the same gap: smart, capable young people who froze in interviews, struggled to articulate their value, or simply didn't know how to carry themselves in a professional setting. There has always been a level of latitude and mindset to invest in newer hires and young careers. Today, I've seen that vanish, Artificial Intelligence has eliminated the latitude.
The Human Advantage was born from the concern I see for my own high school son and college daughter. I wanted to build something that didn't just prep them for one interview - but gave them a foundation they'd use for the rest of their careers.
